I am a certified Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner and hold a Master's Degree in Counselling Psychology. I have Co- founded SafeRealm- Online Counselling Services.
I have experience in Counselling related positions in education and health. I have taken numerous life skill sessions on issues such as self-awareness, time management, emotional regulation, etc in both individual and group settings for various age groups.
Currently, I am also engaged as a consultant counsellor with a UK registered charity where I provide emotional & psychological support on helpline dedicated to seafarers globally.
I am deeply committed to being there when you need me the most-helping you explore, heal and move forward into a positive mindset. I aim at helping people to be able to see themselves above their problems, develop greater self-awareness & self-acceptance.

I am a certified practicing Counsellor with a Master's in Counselling Psychology, a Neuro-Linguistic Practitioner, and a QPR Suicide Prevention Gatekeeper. I have Co-founded SafeRealm- Online Counselling Services. I am also working as an EAP Counsellor.
I have spent over 4 years in Counselling supporting individuals from different walks of life.
I also hold extensive experience in conducting individual as well as group therapy sessions with clients from a wide array of backgrounds - students, parents, guardians, adolescents, young adults, men, women, LGBT, etc.
Through counseling, I have always endeavored to help my clients develop self-awareness and a positive self-regard, maximizing their empowerment. I take a keen interest in adolescent and youth mental health.

I am currently working as a Product Manager. I have graduated with an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management. My specializations include marketing, strategy & technology management.
I have a deep understanding of the MBA Admissions process research. Thus, I am also working privately as an Overseas Education Consultant. I aim to demystify the admissions process and share learnings with aspiring candidates. I am also actively in touch with the applicant community and advising several applicants applying to top MBA/Graduate programs, sharing success stories of clients ending up at top MBA programs across the US, Europe, and India.
